* Apparition may not be cast until one has passed the Ministry's test. Only those 17 years old or older may take the test.
** Obliviate should not be used by untrained witches or wizards. If incorrectly cast, a person's entire mind can be wiped out!
*** Portus should not be attemped by untrained witches or wizards. If incorrectly cast, the port key may not work, or worse, may malfunction and transport the users to the wrong place, or might even result in the users death!
